Amruta Khanvilkar lost on the television show Zee Cine Star Ki Khoj and started working in Marathi movies like Golmaal and Saade Maade Teen.
She continued to be seen on television in shows like Ekapeksha Ek, a dance based Marathi show; as an anchor on Comedy Express and as Anu Prakash in the television serial Time Bomb (2005).
In 2007 she acted in Mumbai Salsa with other new faces like Vir Das and Manjari Phadnis. She was seen in Ram Gopal Varma’s Contract (2008). While she was often praised for the quality of her portfolio, her lack of self-confidence was often noted by the judging panel and she was eliminated after refusing to fully participate in a challenge that required her to perform a task while portraying a random emotion (dance aggressively), ranking seventh.[1]Joseph stirred some controversy when she made comments about the fact that people with lighter hair, skin or eyes were perceived as better looking in India, when asked about her blue contacts by Tyra Banks.[2] She was voted CoverGirl of the Week by

Andrea Biography
Andrea Jeremiah born December 21, 1984 in Chennai, India) is a playback singer and film actress who has appeared in Tamil films. Beginning her career singing playback, Andrea has gone on to appear in critically acclaimed films such as Pachaikili Muthucharam and Aayirathil Oruvan, winning praise for her portrayals.
From the age of 10, Andrea was part of a Jackson Five-style troupe called Young Stars which formed the base of her early singing career. She was also a theatre artist in her college, Women's Christian College, and appeared in productions organised by EVAM.She has also launched a company named The Show Must Go On (TSMGO Productions) to promote live art and artistes.
She has acted in a couple of Tamil films, most notably with R. Sarath Kumar in Pachaikili Muthucharam directed by Gautham Menon and Aayirathil Oruvan directed By Selvaragahavan
