Ankitha Biography
Remember the young toddler in 'I love you Rasna' commercial. She is Ankitha and doing good in Telungu films. With a few Telugu hits under her belt, she decided to try her luck in Tamil and acted in a couple of films – London and Thaka Thimi Tha. However Ankitha returned back to Tollywood as her films. were not very successful in box office. Ankitha has killer look and hot expression, the right combination in succeed in film industry. To supplement those killer looks she has a fleshy body , just like Namitha and she uses it very effectively.
Ankitha is having great sexy figure and also a dare all and bare all attitude towards exposing. Due to this she has got many lucrative offers. She also worked with big banners and heros in few big films. Ankitha turned hot and happening with Simhadri along with Jr NTR. The film went on to become one of the biggest hits in the career of NTR. Ankitha has earlier while starring in "Manasu Matavinadu" was reported to have accused the film's hero of misbehaving with her during its shooting in Mauritius.
According to some media reports, she was so upset by Navadeep's behavior that she even attempted suicide by consuming sleeping pills.
Denying the charges, Navadeep showed a letter to media persons supposedly written by a medical doctor, saying Ankitha should be referred to a psychiatrist.
"She was reluctant to come to Mauritius and once she arrived, she kept throwing tantrums with all the unit members. We kept quite since we wanted to wrap up the film," said the actor of "Jai" fame.
"All the 15 unit members, including two women, will vouch for my good conduct," said Navadeep.
Ankitha, however, is yet to react to the counter-allegation of the actor.
Actor Nagababu, vice-president of the Movie Artistes' Association, urged the media to close the issue.

Personal Life:
Ankita Lokhande,(born as Tanuja Lokhande) was born on 19th December, 1986 into a Maharashrian family residing in Indore. She has finished her schooling and college from Indore itself. Her father is a businessman and mother is a housewife. She has a brother and is the elder of the two siblings. Growing up Ankita always aspired to be an actress but had to let go of her dreams and was just about to join Frankfinn academy but as her luck would have it she was chosen as a participant from her state Indore. When she decided to take acting as career her parents were quite reluctant but she succeeded in convincing them and later started getting support from them. She moved to Mumbai in year 2005 but she got big break only in June 2009 in Pavitra Rishta. Ankita is affianced to her previous Pavitra Rishta co-star Sushant Singh Rajput.

Early Career:
Ankita got an opportunity to show her talent on Zee cine superstar ki khoj in the year 2006 where she was chosen as one of the participants from Indore. She won many accolades for her acting from judge's Satish Kaushik and Mahesh Manjerekar but was eliminated after reaching the top 5. However, she did not leave empty handed, she was awarded the title of Best dancer on the show. After ZSKK Ankita took up modeling as a career path, a diversion from acting. Since her main interest lay in acting she pursued modeling as an alternate career path as she was waiting for a better platform to display her acting abilities. She eventually had to struggle for 4 years before she got the opportunity to be part of Jay Mehta's 'Bali Umar Ko Salaam', on NDTV Imagine but for unknown reasons the show did not go on air. This worked in her favor however, because she soon got her big break and the opportunity to play the much acclaimed character of Archana in the popular daily soap, Pavitra Rishta opposite Sushant Singh Rajput (Manav).Her role in the serial garnered her not only praise but numerous awards as well. She is now a well established actor in the television industry.
